Usage Example
Notable single crystals grown using an Iridium crucible include LT (lithium tantalate) used in the noise filter substrate of smartphones, sapphire used in LED substrates, scintillators used in medical PET equipment and gallium oxide (Ga2O3) which is a next-generation power device materials. Our Iridium crucibles are used in a wide range of growth methods such as the CZ (Czochralski) method, the micro-pulling-down (μ-PD) method, and the EFG (Edge-defined Film-fed Growth) method.

Similar to crucibles, our seed holders are manufactured from high-purity and defect-free materials produced by our plasma double melting process, and we can design and fabricate them depending on the shape of the seed crystal and holder axial.
